1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every public office. It does not store official records, retrieve them for users, conduct official checks, or submit documents on anyone's behalf.

Its purpose is to identify the Cochise County Sheriff, local courts, Arizona Department of Public Safety Central State Repository, Arizona Sex Offender Registry, and other services that may assist lawful personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the website is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Use the content in violation of federal, Arizona, or local law
• Stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate another person with information found here
• Rely on the site for an employment, housing, lending, or insurance decision
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
• Send bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the pages
• Disrupt performance or interfere with another visitor's access

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No information from this website or a linked tool may be used to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Misuse may also violate criminal law. Arizona registry data is intended for community safety, and the Arizona Department of Public Safety warns that threats, intimidation, or harassment based on that information may lead to prosecution. Vigilante conduct and discriminatory use are forbidden.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Its data and linked tools must not be used to:

• Make a credit or insurance eligibility decision
• Evaluate an applicant for employment or continued work
• Assess a prospective renter or housing applicant
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or public benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated purpose

Any regulated check must be obtained through a lawful, FCRA-compliant provider and the appropriate authorized process. Arizona does not provide a general-public repository name search.

5. No Legal Advice

The content is general information, not legal advice. It cannot determine how an Arizona charge, warrant, conviction, sealing law, or marijuana expungement rule applies to a specific person. A licensed Arizona attorney should address those questions.

6. No Warranties

All content and services are offered "as is" without a guarantee that:

• A partner search result is complete, current, or correctly matched
• Every page is free from bugs, errors, or security flaws
• The service will always be available without interruption
• Published information is accurate, complete, or current at all times

Criminal records can change after filing, dismissal, sealing, correction, or expungement. Gaps and delays are possible. Nothing published here is an official statement from a court, sheriff, or government agency.

Links may lead to sheriff offices, courts, Arizona agencies, legal resources, or outside search providers. We do not control a destination's content, availability, pricing, or data practices and accept no responsibility for them. Review the destination's own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Cochise County Criminal History or its content partners. They may not be copied, changed, distributed, or used to create derivative work without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the website, its information, or any linked service.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, or legal proceedings caused by that user's conduct or breach of these terms, including related costs and legal fees.

11. Governing Law

Arizona law governs these terms, including applicable principles under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act, A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq. A dispute related to website use must be brought in a court located in Arizona. Official public-record access remains governed separately by the Arizona Public Records Law and applicable court rules.

These terms may be revised at any time. A revision takes effect when the updated text is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be suspended, restricted, or ended at any time and without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
